Ingredients
- 3 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 jar (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa
- 25 hot dog or bratwurst buns, split
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (12 oz)
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
- 1 container (12 oz) sour cream
Instructions

Step1In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place beef. Stir in refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning mix and salsa.

Step2Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours.

Step3To serve, fill each bun with about 1/3 cup beef mixture and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
