Slow-Cooker Spicy Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 boxes (16 oz each) Mexican prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, cut into cubes
- 2 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (8 medium)
- 22 oz tortilla chips
Instructions

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and garlic, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Spoon into 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Add cheese and tomatoes; mix well.

Step2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours, stirring after 2 hours.

Step3Before serving, stir in onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
