Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 3 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies, undrained
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
