- 2 cups chopped cooked lean beef or corned beef
- 4 small potatoes, cooked and chopped (2 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
