Sarah’s Game Day Gorgonzola Bison Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Pinch salt
- 8 snowflake rolls, or other small sized rolls, sliced open
- Tomatoes, lettuce, red onions and other toppings (optional)

Step1Combine the ground bison, Worcestershire sauce, gorgonzola, parsley, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Mix together with hands until fully combined.

Step2Preheat a griddle over medium heat.

Step3Meanwhile, divide the meat into eight equal portions. Working with one at a time, form the meat into patties. Press your thumb into the center of each patty (this will allow the patties to keep their shape as they cook).

Step4Cook the burgers on the hot griddle for about 4-6 minutes per side, to desired doneness.

Step5Serve on the snowflake rolls with desired toppings.
