Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 cup small ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup red grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Maraschino cherry with stem, if desired
  • Fresh rosemary sprig, if desired
  • Grapefruit peel, if desired

Instructions

  • Step 
    1
    In cocktail shaker, place rosemary leaves; muddle with spoon to release oil. Add ice, grapefruit juice, bourbon and honey. Cover; shake until cocktail shaker is frosted. Strain into lowball glass over ice; garnish with cherry, rosemary sprig and grapefruit peel.
