Honey-Lime Dressing
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 
Salad
- 2 mangoes or papayas, peeled, pitted and sliced
 - 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
 - 2 cups watermelon balls
 - 3/4 cup seedless red grape halves
 - Watercress, if desired
 
Instructions
- 
                        Step1In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well blended.
 - 
                        Step2Arrange fruits on 6 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with watercress.
