Ingredients
- 2 cups Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, partially thawed
- 6 slices process American cheese
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches.

Step2Stir together all ingredients except cheese slices. Spread mixture in pan. Top with cheese slices.

Step3Bake 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
