Pizza with Veggie-Packed Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 pouch (4 oz) 100% carrot purée
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 package (3.5-oz size) sliced pepperoni (25 to 30 slices)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven.

Step2In small bowl, mix pizza sauce and carrot purée. Spread evenly over partially baked crust; sprinkle with cheese. Top with pepperoni.

Step3Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
