Start Independence Day off with a bang. Use Original Bisquick mix for an easy start to these colorful pancakes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food color
- Whipped cream
- Fresh blueberries
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs until well combined. Stir in food color until blended.

Step2Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges begin to bubble. Turn; cook until pancakes are set.

Step3Serve pancakes topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
