Ingredients
- 2 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled (with tail shells left on), deveined
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step1Place shrimp in shallow glass or plastic dish. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour marinade over shrimp. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, turning shrimp occasionally.

Step2Heat gas or charcoal grill. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Place shrimp in grill basket (grill “wok”). Place basket on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are pink.
