- 2 large russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick lengthwise strips
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
