Cream Cheese OREO® Cookies Swirl Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
- 2 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 12 OREO® Cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.

Step2In small bowl, beat 1/3 cup frosting and the cream cheese with spoon until well blended. Set aside.

Step3Make brownie batter as directed on box. Stir in 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies. Spread in pan. Spoon frosting mixture by scant tablespoonfuls dollops evenly onto batter, making 3 rows by 3 rows. Cut through mixture with knife for swirled design.

Step4Bake 23 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup crushed cookies over top. Using bottom of metal spatula, carefully press cookie pieces into brownies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Step5In small microwavable bowl, microwave 1/4 cup frosting uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Using fork, drizzle warmed frosting over top. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until frosting is set. Store covered at room temperature.
