- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 2 medium oranges, peeled, divided into segments, membrane removed and cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup chopped smoked almonds
