Onion, Cheese and Almond Focaccia

- 1 package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/3 cup honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups shredded smoked Cheddar or Gouda cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with mustard.

Step2In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onions in butter, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Step3Spoon onions evenly onto pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
