Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 jar (12 oz) roasted red bell peppers, well drained
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted walnut halves
  • 12 Food Should Taste Good® falafel tortilla chips (from 5.5-oz bag), crushed to 1/3 cup
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons pomegranate molasses*
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Garnishes, If Desired

  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Pomegranate seeds

Serve With, if desired

  • Food Should Taste Good® falafel tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Step

    In food processor, place Dip ingredients. Cover; process with quick on-and-off motions until smooth.
  • Step

    Spoon into serving dish; garnish with thyme sprig and pomegranate seeds. Serve with chips.
