Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 10 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed (2 cups)
Instructions

Step1In large bowl, mix vinegar, oil, basil and parsley with whisk. Stir in tomatoes and cheese; toss gently.
