- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add brown and granulated sugars; beat until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs until well mixed. On low speed, beat in flour and baking soda. Stir in oats, baking chips and cranberries.

Step2On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart.

Step3Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
