Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef round
- 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 oz semisweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Step1In 3- to 4-quart saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain, if necessary. Add onion and garlic; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Step2Stir in tomatoes, water, chili powder, chocolate, cumin, salt and oregano. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. Top individual servings with sour cream and cilantro.
