Here's an easy, make-ahead fruit salad that doubles as a light, refreshing dessert. It'll add sparkle to any occasion!
Mimosa Fruit Cups

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 large orange, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large red apple, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large pear, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups champagne or sparkling white grape juice
Instructions

Step1In large bowl, stir sugar, orange peel and orange juice until sugar is dissolved. Gently stir in orange, apple, pear and grapes until coated. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

Step2Just before serving, stir in banana and champagne. Spoon about 3/4 cup fruit with juice into each of 8 footed dessert cups.
