Mascarpone and Pistachio Toasts

Ingredients
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese (about 1/2 cup), softened
- 18 slices (1/4 inch thick) baguette French bread
- 1/3 cup pistachio nuts (about 2 oz), coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spread cheese on each bread slice. Place in single layer in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Sprinkle nuts over cheese.

Step2Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of bread are light golden.

Step3Drizzle honey over top of each toast. Garnish with basil.
