- 2 teaspoons shortening
- 1 teaspoon Gold Medal™all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening; sprinkle with flour.

Step2In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, oats and walnuts. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Pour batter into pan.

Step3Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and bread is firm to the touch. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
