Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 cups diced deli rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces, toasted
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves

Serve With, As Desired

  • Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain chips
  • Mixed greens
