Ingredients
- 2 kumquats, sliced
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 to 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- 1/4 cup vodka

Step1In cocktail shaker, muddle kumquat slices and mint leaves with muddler or back of wooden spoon. Add simple syrup, ice and vodka. Cover; shake until thoroughly chilled. Pour into chilled martini glass, straining out ice, kumquats and mint. Garnish with additional kumquat slices and mint leaves, if desired.
