Irish Chicken Nachos

We substituted waffle fries for tortilla chips and topped them with chicken, cheddar cheese and sliced jalapeños for our Irish twist on a Mexican favorite. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Irish Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag (22 oz) frozen waffle fries
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
- 2 jalapeño chiles, sliced
- Thick & chunky salsa
- Sour cream
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 450°F. Place waffle fries on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step2Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step3Set oven control to broil. Top waffle fries with 1 cup cheese, the chicken, remaining cup of cheese, the bacon and chiles.

Step4Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm topped with salsa and sour cream.
