Impossibly Easy Triple Cheese Pie

- 1/2 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, if desired
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup French-fried onions
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate.

Step2Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions.

Step3Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
