Honey-Cardamom Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 containers (10 ounces each) deluxe salted mixed nuts without peanuts
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 275°. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add nuts; stir to coat.

Step2Spread nuts in pan. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool in pan, stirring occasionally.
