Heavenly Mixed Greens with Fruit

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 medium jicama, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 6 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 6 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 8 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions

Step1To make dressing, in small bowl, mix orange juice, honey and cinnamon until well blended.

Step2Cut jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter. In large serving bowl, place jicama stars, oranges and kiwifruit. Add salad greens and dressing; toss to mix. Sprinkle with cranberries.
