Ham and Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desired
- Cinnamon, if desired

Step1Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm.

Step2Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°. Grease griddle with margarine if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in large bowl until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onion.

Step3Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon.
