Grilled Dijon and Wild Rice Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
Dilled Dijon Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Burgers
- 1 pound ground turkey or beef
- 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 6 French rolls, split
Instructions

Step1Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Step2In large bowl, mix all burger ingredients except rolls. Shape mixture into 6 oval patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Step3Grill patties uncovered over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted in center reads 165°F. Add rolls, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling until toasted.

Step4Serve burgers on rolls. Top with sauce.
