Grilled Canadian Bacon and Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 package (3.5 oz) pizza-style Canadian-style bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions

Step1Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Spread cream cheese on pizza crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top with pineapple, Canadian bacon and red pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Step2Cover and grill over medium-low heat 7 to 9 minutes, moving pizza around grill every 2 minutes to prevent bottom from burning, until cheese is melted.

Step3Cut pizza into 36 squares. Serve immediately.
