Fruity Breakfast Bruschetta

- 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries (6 large)
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 bakery fruit-and-nut loaf (16 oz), cut into 14 (1/2 inch thick) diagonal slices
- 7 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened
- 7 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar

Step1Set oven control to broil. In small bowl, mix pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit, orange peel and orange juice.

Step2Spread each bread slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar.

Step3Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes (rotating pan halfway through cooking time, if needed). Top toasted bread evenly with fruit mixture.
