Fruit Salad with Strawberry-Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 1/3 cup Yoplait® Light Fat Free vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon poppy seed
Salad
- 4 cups loosely packed bite-size pieces fresh spinach
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled, seed removed and cut into wedges or chunks
- 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved if desired
Instructions

Step1Place 1/2 cup sliced strawberries in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Add sugar and vinegar; cover and blend. Add yogurt; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into small bowl. Stir in poppy seed. Refrigerate until serving.

Step2To assemble salads, layer all salad ingredients on 4 individual salad plates. Drizzle vinaigrette over salads. Serve immediately.
