Fruit and Sausage Pancake Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 strawberries, halved
- 8 grapes
- 8 (1-inch) cubes apple
- 8 (1-inch) wedges orange
- 4 sausage links, cooked and cut into 1-inch slices
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions

Step1In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, milk, egg, orange peel and nutmeg until well mixed.

Step2Spoon tablespoonfuls of batter onto hot greased griddle or skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove from griddle, and set aside.

Step3To make kabobs, thread a mini pancake, then a piece of fruit, then a piece of sausage, then another pancake, etc. on a skewer until it is full (you should have about 3 pancakes, 4 pieces of fruit and 2 pieces of sausage on each skewer). Repeat to use up ingredients.
