- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups ready-to-eat cheesecake filling
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 6 crisp gourmet cookies, crumbled
- Whipped cream, if desired
- Additional grated lime peel, if desired
- Lime slices, if desired

Step1In medium bowl, mix strawberries and 2 tablespoons of the powdered sugar.

Step2In small bowl, mix cheesecake filling, 1 teaspoon grated lime peel, the lime juice and remaining 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.

Step3Spoon cheesecake mixture into 6 (6-oz) glasses or ramekins. Sprinkle with crumbled cookies. Top with strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream, additional lime peel and lime slices. Serve immediately.
