Orange and Lemon Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
