Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ four cheese lasagna
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks (4 oz), cut into 3/4-inch pieces

Step1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef, mushrooms and bell pepper over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink; drain.

Step2Add milk, hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper™ box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce is thick. Remove from heat.

Step3Gently stir in cheese; cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
