- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 jar (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa
- 2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta (4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Step1Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

Step2Stir in water, salsa, pasta and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot.
