Lasagna is a family favorite, but weeknights tend to be busy. This easier-than-ever skillet ravioli version has all the Italian flavors your family loves, but it’s ready in less than 30 minutes.

More About This Recipe

  • My family loves when I pull a big, hearty lasagna out of the oven at dinnertime. Of course, lasagna generally takes quite a bit of prep work, and it’s not the easiest to get on the table during busy weeknights. Rather than relegating lasagna to a weekend-only meal, I’ve created a quick stovetop version. This skillet lasagna has all of the cheesy goodness of traditional lasagna, but by starting with frozen cheese ravioli, it’s ready with minimal prep and on the table in less than 30 minutes. We serve this with garlic bread and a salad for a simple but comforting dinner that everyone enjoys.
