This Easy Creamy Corn Dip has the perfect amount of spice to be a crowd-pleaser at any potluck. And with just 10 minutes of prep, it's simple to prepare it the night before an event! Family and friends will love the mix of tortilla chip crunch and cool, pleasantly spiced corn dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup from 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 or 5 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips, as desired

Instructions

    In large bowl or electric mixer, beat sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, chiles and spices on medium speed until well blended.

    Stir in corn, bacon and cilantro until well combined.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours before serving. Serve with chips.
