Easy Broccoli and Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless beef round steak, 1 inch thick, cut into thin strips
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bag (24 oz) Value Size frozen broccoli & three cheese sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- Hot cooked rice, if desired

Step1In large bowl, mix beef, mushrooms, cornstarch, garlic and teriyaki sauce. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain beef and mushrooms well, reserving marinade. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on bag.

Step2In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef, mushrooms and green onions in oil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink. Stir in cooked broccoli.

Step3Gradually add reserved marinade. Cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Serve over rice.
