Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta (6 ounces)
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step1Cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step2Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer about 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency.
