Dunkaroos™ Rainbow and Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies

- 1 pouch (12.6 oz) Betty Crocker™ Dunkaroos™ Rainbow + Marshmallow Sugar Cookie Mix
- Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 1 1/4 cups from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Dunkaroos™ Vanilla Frosting with Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, softened butter and egg until soft dough forms. Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step2Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are set and golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Step3For each sandwich cookie, spread about 2 tablespoonfuls frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; gently press together. Store covered in airtight container with waxed paper between layers.
