Crispy Parmesan Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (from 15-oz jar)
- 2/3 cup Progresso™ Panko Italian style crispy bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil, and generously spray with cooking spray.

Step2Pound chicken breasts smooth side down, gently between pieces of plastic wrap, with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/2 inch thick.

Step3In shallow dish, place pasta sauce; in another shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken into sauce, then dip into bread crumb mixture to coat.

Step4Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and coating is golden brown.
