- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
- 1 cup uncooked converted rice
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot (about 1 medium)
- 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained

Step1In 3-quart saucepan, heat water, broth and seasoning blend to boiling. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Step2Stir in broccoli and carrot. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until rice and broccoli are tender. Stir in pimientos. Let stand 5 minutes.
