- Cheesecloth
- 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup strawberries, cut in half
Instructions

Step1Line 3-cup heart mold (with holes) with cheesecloth.

Step2Beat whipping cream in chilled medium bowl on high speed until stiff. Stir remaining ingredients except strawberrries in large bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

Step3Spoon mixture into mold. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours.

Step4Unmold onto serving plate; remove cheesecloth. Garnish with strawberries.
