Ingredients
- 1 pound lean boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 pound fully cooked smoked beef sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) chunky tomato sauce
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
