Chili
- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion (2 medium)
- 1 package (1.25 oz) chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (15.5 oz) red beans, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 12 bags (1 1/4 oz each) corn chips
Toppings
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (6 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup sour cream, if desired

Step1In nonstick 4-quart Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in chili seasoning mix, beans and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
