- 4 hoagie buns
- 1/2 cup hummus (from 7-ounce container)
- 4 slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese
- 1 medium cucumber, cut into 16 slices
- 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices
- 4 thin slices red onion, if desired
Instructions
