Ingredients
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cashew halves and pieces
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks (from 12-oz. pkg.)

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar and butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg; blend well. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in cashews and chocolate chunks.

Step2Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step3Bake at 375°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
